not really. there are only 4 blood types (A, B, AB, 0) .
Blood type test were used in Paternity testing (before DNA) , and they can exclude but not confirm paternity.
I.e.
if mother is A, father is B
a kid can be A, B, AB.
but if a kid is 0, that means that the father is not the biological father (obviously assuming that mother is the biological mother).
